John —
We’re just 17 days from our final FEC deadline of the year — and the final one of this primary election cycle, to boot.
Before I explain why this deadline is so important to our campaign, will you pitch in $3?
Our March 5 Senate primary will be here before we know it. Early voting sites open and ballots get sent in the mail even sooner. We have limited time to reach California’s 22 million voters.
We rely on this grassroots team, not corporate PACs, to fuel our campaign. Everyone from our leading GOP opponent Steve Garvey to the California GOP to national pundits and reporters will be looking at our FEC report to see the strength of our campaign.
They are going to pore over the numbers and try to determine for themselves if we have the ability to win. Or they might start to wonder if we’ll falter and fall short of making it to the Senate General Election.
John, I’m ready to bring bold change to the Senate. To restore and rebuild trust in our democracy. To abolish the filibuster and finally codify abortion access. To build an economy that works for us all. To increase access to affordable health care and reduce student loan debt for people across the country.
But all of these plans, and more, are contingent on us winning in March and then again in November — and I can only do that with you by my side.
So ahead of our upcoming deadline, will you please pitch in $3 or any amount to my campaign for the United States Senate?
