Here at New American Leaders, we don't just talk about the importance of inclusive leadership—we live it. From our trainers and staff to our board members and consultants, we work hard to ensure that all communities are heard and represented in our movement.

Now as we get ready to roll up our sleeves and get to work in 2024, I am thrilled to introduce you to three of our newest partners in our work! New American Leaders is honored to welcome Carisa De Anda , Executive Director of Clinical Research at Merck and El Diawlol , Executive Director of AI and Digital Technology—Asset and Wealth Management for JP Morgan Chase as our newest New American Leaders board members. We are also happy to announce that Bali Kumar , Chief Operating Officer of PACE Loan Group, is taking the next step in his leadership journey by becoming the Board Chair of New American Leaders’ Board of Directors!

As we start this new chapter with these inspiring new members of our network, we do so with the deepest gratitude to those who have led us to this moment, especially to our outgoing Board Chair, Parag Mehta and board members Raquel Castañeda-López and Arizona State Representative Athena Salman . Their vision, leadership, and commitment to our shared values have seen us through immense transitions and ultimately brought us into a new decade of work as a stronger, more inclusive organization.

The immense impact each of our board members—both incoming and outgoing—have on our work cannot be overstated.
