Dear Judicial Watch Member,

We’re rapidly coming to the end of the year, and I want to update you on some important new developments in our work fighting for you and the rule of law.

And I hope that you will will help us push forward on all these fronts…and more…with a special contribution today! Your decision to support us now, before the end of the year, is so important!

  • The Minnesota Court of Appeals reversed a lower court ruling and has allowed Judicial Watch’s lawsuit on behalf of a Minneapolis taxpayer over a teachers’ contract that provides discriminatory job protections to certain racial minorities to proceed.

  • This is a big courtroom victory for Judicial Watch and for taxpayers who are outraged that Minneapolis’ school system would engage in blatant racial discrimination that we argue violates the Equal Protection Clause in the Minnesota Constitution, as well as the basic constitutional principle that no one can be denied equal treatment under the laws on account of race!

  • We have officially “warned” the States of Illinois and California that our data research and analysis show they are in violation of federal law that requires states to make a reasonable effort to clean their voter rolls of ineligible voters…and we are ready to file a federal lawsuit against them if they fail to correct this violation.

  • And after receiving a similar “warning” from Judicial Watch, the District of Columbia has removed over 65,000 outdated names from its voter rolls, promised to remove nearly 38,000 more and designated over 73,000 registrations as inactive …another win for Judicial Watch and for honest elections!

“Dirty” voter rolls are an open invitation to voter fraud. Our historic lawsuits have already forced the removal of over 4 million ineligible voter names from voter lists across the country…and I anticipate we will be warning more states soon. Stay tuned!

  • Our lawsuit against the National Archives and Records Administration for key Biden family communications regarding travel and finance transactions recently forced the release of records that show Joe Biden and his son Hunter both received an email in 2016 from a Biden staffer about an upcoming phone call between then-Vice President Biden and the president of Ukraine. This email is another smoking gun that blows out of the water the continued Biden White House assertions that there was “distance” between Joe and Hunter Biden on the Burisma influence-peddling scandal!

The White House can try and ignore the evidence of Biden corruption, but Judicial Watch is on the case and we will not let them engage in yet another cover-up!

We continue to fight the Left’s efforts to impose racially discriminatory policies on our country; we continue to lead the fight to keep our elections honest; and as America’s leading open-records litigator, we continue to fight for the American people’s “right to know!”

But these battles are expensive…and we don’t have the deep pockets of the government to fund our research, investigations and lawsuits!

That’s why I am so hopeful you will help us with a generous contribution!

Thank you, in advance, for giving us your support today!

Sincerely,
