The Voting Rights Act (VRA) is a landmark piece of legislation that was passed in 1965, which finally pushed for fair voting rights under the 15th Amendment. And ever since its inception, it has been under constant attack.

From Supreme Court decisions to a recent federal appeals court ruling that prevents private citizens from being able to file lawsuits to enforce the VRA, ultra-conservatives are pulling apart this vital piece of legislation limb by limb.

As people continue to be empowered to show up to the polls and use their voices, we don’t anticipate these attacks stopping anytime soon. That’s why we have to be prepared to fight against these attacks on democracy. Will you chip in? [[link removed]]
