Dear John,
The Faaborg family raised pigs in Iowa for 30 years. As their operation grew, they saw the harm industrial animal agriculture causes. They knew something had to change.
With the help of our Transfarmation™ program, the family now grows mushrooms in barns that once held thousands of pigs.
In 2023, we provided resources and other support for 10 farms in Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, Iowa, and Indiana. These farms have transitioned or are transitioning from raising animals.

Our How to Eat Veg guide provides simple tips and recipes and has been downloaded thousands of times since its launch this past spring. We also share helpful, engaging content with our 10 million social media followers.
