Whether it's Arizona, Michigan, Montana, or Texas, activists aren’t backing down from this fight.

John,

This week, the Texas Supreme Court decided Kate Cox's fate for her.

Kate is suing Texas to be allowed to have an abortion after her baby was diagnosed with a fatal defect and will not survive outside the womb. The case wound its way through the courts, where a majority of the members of the Texas Supreme Court decided Kate's fate for her and thousands more women in the years to come.

State Supreme Court races don't usually get the kind of attention they deserve.

But it's crucial that Democrats challenge radical Republican incumbents like those in Texas – and that's exactly what Movement Labs did last month in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court race.

Pennsylvania was facing a crossroads. Electing the Democratic Supreme Court candidate would mean the difference between reproductive freedom or being forced to flee to another state or endure the heartbreak and risk of a nonviable pregnancy.

We used our resources to send over 700,000 texts to organize Pennsylvania voters and volunteers in support of abortion rights and push the Democratic candidate over the top on Election Night.

With folks like you standing up, we are moving the needle on abortion rights all over the country. If you can chip in $3, we can take the fight to states like Nevada who are already gathering signatures to get it on the ballot next year.

Whether it's Arizona, Michigan, Montana, or yes, even Texas, activists like you are not backing down from this fight – and we'll be on the ground organizing and amplifying Supreme Court candidates who will uphold our right to choose.

It's critical that you pitch in $3 right now, if you can. Your support means another text, another volunteer, and another voter turning out to give these extremist Republicans a run for their money.

Onward,

Movement Labs
