In 2023, our small but mighty team helped fuel so many of our endorsed candidates to victory. Thanks to our growing list of supporters and grassroots donors like you, we are DOUBLING the size of our operation in 2024!

We are so excited to share that we just hired FIVE new staff members to help us flip seats from red to blue across the country. It is going to take grit, resources, and hard work for Democrats to flip the House, hold the Senate, and take back our School Boards — and we’re up for the challenge.

• Kristy Pagan (she/her); now serving as Political Director, Kristy is a former member of the Michigan legislature and political consultant— and a mom of twin toddlers!
• Ghazal Rahmanpanah (she/her); as People Operations Director, Ghazal is a new mom who supports the big-picture strategic development and the daily operations, and joins the team with a background in scaling operations for organizations.
• Maria Wilson (she/her); Maria joins Vote Mama as Research Director, with experience serving as a research assistant for the Center for American Women in Politics.
• Tatyana McNish (she/her); as Development Associate and someone who is passionate about advocacy work, Tatyana supports Vote Mama’s fundraising activities, and she also holds a Masters in Public Health and International Administration.
• Marcus Coppola (he/him); Marcus joins Vote Mama as Communications Associate, and comes with a strong track record of advocating for moms, having worked for almost three years at Emerge, another incredible organization that recruits and trains women to run for office.
