Seventy percent (70%) of Ohio respondents said they are against trans girls participating on sports teams consistent with their gender identity, according to a Suffolk University and USA Today poll interviewing Ohioans between July 9 and 12. Do the votes of the people who voted for YOU and for our Representatives mean anything? Do we have a Representative Government or are you just "in charge" and free to do whatever you want? I mean, the SAFE Act passed the Senate 28-8 and the House 61-27 after a grueling debate that took a year or more. Those are SUPER MAJORITIES! Are you Getting the Message Governor? Do you dare to suggest that these elected officials do not Represent the will of their voters??? Do you really want to force us to over-ride a veto that you have NO BASIS for making??? Seriously Governor, What the Hell is wrong with you???

You want to listen to literally insane people who defy biology and science itself by claiming that a person can "change their gender" simply by their thoughts! That if they deny their DNA, deny their Chromosomes, deny the structure of their brain, and take devastating drugs and subject themselves to horrific surgeries that mutilate their bodies that they can change their Gender?

Here's a News Flash for you Governor their is no such thing as "Transgender"! Their are only mentally ill people with an illness documented as "Gender dysphoria". There are ONLY TWO GENDERS. Those who promote this immoral psychological assault on children in our schools, up to now with support by elected officials, claim that passage of the SAFE act "would ban gender-affirming care for transgender youth" are playing a con-game. Telling vulnerable children with mental issues that they are "born in the wrong body" isn't "gender affirming care" it is mistreating the mentally ill! They need mental health care, which the SAFE Act Provides, not mutilation of their bodies because the left can make a fortune off of them!

But don't listen to me Governor. Take five minutes and listen to this child, Chloe Cole, who testified in Congress about how her life was destroyed by the same people the SAFE Act is trying to stop!

Huge News for Ohio! Senate Passes SAFE Act to Protect Our Children from Trans "Mutilation" and Protect Girls & Women from Men Competing in Girls Sports!

Congratulations to the Ohio House and Ohio Senate for FINALLY Passing the “Save Adolescents from Experimentation (SAFE) Act” after the Ohio Senate vote 28-8 on Wednesday afternoon and the House voted 61-27 to concur on Wednesday evening! Call YOUR House Representative AND Call YOUR Senator and THANK THEM for not caving to the LIES and intimidation tactics of the demented leftist who want to keep preying on Ohio's children. Special Congratulation to House Representative Gary Click and Senator Kristina Roegner who fought for this bill for more than a year and would not give up on its passage!

Ohio Governor DeWine has 10 Days to Sign the Bill. We the People, YOU, need to CALL DeWine's Office TODAY at 614-466-3555 or online by Clicking Here and tell him that Ohioans want this bill signed into Law! Why? HB 68 will:

• “[Prohibit] a physician from knowingly performing gender reassignment surgery” — which is not permitted in Ohio’s children’s hospital — and from “knowingly providing” hormone replacement therapy drugs to transgender patients who are under age 18.
• “Establishes penalties for physicians and mental health professionals who engage in conduct the bill prohibits.”
• “Prohibits a physician from aiding or abetting those prohibited practices.”
• “[Require] that prior to a mental health professional diagnosing or treating a minor for gender-related conditions, they must obtain parental consent and screen the minor for other comorbidities, abuse and trauma.”
• Prevent Medicaid from offering coverage for gender-affirming healthcare for minors, but it may still be permitted to cover limited mental health services for transgender people.
• Prevent the court from removing a transgender child from a parent or guardian’s custody in the event that they reject the transgender child and deny them access to healthcare.
• In addition to banning healthcare for transgender youth, HB 68 was amended to include House Bill 6 “Save Women’s Sports Act,” which bans transgender girls from competing in sports from kindergarten through college, including private and public institutions.

In addition, the bill also allows specific legal action around the policy:



• “[Authorizes] an athletic participant may file a civil action for injunctive relief, damages and any other relief available, if the participant is deprived of an athletic opportunity or suffers a direct or indirect harm as a result of a violation of the bill’s single-sex participation requirements.”
• “Prohibits a state agency or political subdivision, accrediting organization or athletic association that operates or has business activities in Ohio from taking adverse action against a school, school district, or college or university that complies with the bill’s single-sex participation requirements.”
