The climate crisis is threatening the waters, air, and forests in Maine—and our children are facing a future of climate catastrophe. But even amongst the scary headlines, I have good news to share with you, John. We still have time to fight for the environment we all cherish.

Dear John,

When I think about climate change, so many questions pop into my head. Will my children inherit a livable planet? Or even better, a thriving one? Did I do what I could to ensure that would happen? 

I want to be a good ancestor. I would want to be able to look my great-great-great-grandchildren in the eyes and say, “Yes, I saw the problem, and I fought to make change.”
