Senate passes NDAA, moves to House ([link removed] )

The Senate passed the fiscal year 2024 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) Wednesday. The final legislation does not include several NAFCU-opposed provisions.

The NCUA Board is set to hold its final meeting of 2023 today at 10 a.m. Eastern. The agency released its agenda for the meeting, highlighting it will finalize its 2024 budget. The association met with all three members of the NCUA Board ahead of today’s meeting, provided comments at the agency’s public hearing, and submitted written comments.
