Re:power’s 2023 trainings are officially wrapped, which means we are getting ready for 2024! Today we are launching 9 (nine) 2024 trainings that are designed to meet the needs of the moment.

2024 brings with it not just a big presidential election, but thousands of municipal and state races, state legislative sessions, another docket of Supreme Court decisions, and more. On top of all of that, organizers will be met with the ongoing challenges of our prolonged pandemic, the empathic distress of the genocide in Palestine, electioneering and violence at the polls, and AI in the digital space. Re:power’s programmatic offerings have been strategically positioned to help organizers across our movement meet the moment, but more importantly build for the world that will be here beyond the election cycle.

With so many trainings opening up today, you might be wondering which one is the right fit for you. We provided some info below with links to our training webpages, and re:power is also hosting a Program Preview on January 17, 2024 at 1pm ET! Intro to Digital Organizing 

This course is for organizers and communications folks who are new to the digital organizing landscape and want to learn the fundamentals of building online campaigns. 

Data Analytics Camp  

An in-person intensive for anyone and everyone who wants to sharpen their data skillset and strategy—from folks already working as data practitioners to those who have never had the chance but want to dive deeper.

Digital Organizing School

In-person intensive for organizers who are new to the digital organizing landscape and digital organizers with less than 3 years of experience who are looking to build technical skills and invest in strategic ability and leadership within the movement in an in-person environment.

GRO Storytelling Academy

This course is for movement-focused folks who want to learn the public narrative framework which includes the story of self, story of us, and story of now.

GRO Strategy Academy

For movement-focused folks who want to learn and practice the strategy components of our Grassroots Organizing framework and become intentional about developing strategies that bring more people in. 

GRO School

This course is for BIPOC grassroots organizers looking to develop a baseline of relational organizing skills and strategy in a longer-term hybrid environment.

Campaign School for Field Directors

A course for Directors and Managers with 4+ years of organizing and campaigning and will focus on ensuring that field directors gain the skills and tools needed to determine strong field strategy and goals.

Campaign School for Issue Organizers

For issue-focused organizers who are, or will be receiving, c3 or c4 dollars to manage electoral programs to uplift issue-focused campaigns and to support those organizers to connect the dots between elections and year-round issue-based organizing.

Women of Color Leadership Cohort

A cohort for folks who identify as women of color and are mid-level managers and directors who are interested in amplifying the unique leadership abilities within women of color while building connections and fostering continued growth in a longer-term hybrid environment.
