First, Ted Cruz podcasted for 6,500 minutes this year. That's time taxpayers were paying him to serve Texas communities that he instead spent spewing MAGA conspiracy theories.

Then, he went viral for attacking everything from the Barbie movie to Bud Light. We can't figure out if he really believes his own nonsense or if he is just desperate for attention – either way, he sure isn't acting like a Senator.

Now, he's released a new book bragging about how "unwoke" he is, and while out promoting it, he talked about his future plans to run for president, saying, "I fully hope and expect to run again."

These are just a few of the ways Ted Cruz has failed Texans – and that's just this year. But experts agree we have a real chance to hold him accountable in 2024 and send him packing from the Senate for good.
