The coronavirus has turned our world upside down, and our campaign is no exception.

Since launching our campaign, we’ve been traveling across Maine, meeting with thousands of you to hear what issues matter most to you, and to discuss the changes we need to get Maine and our country back on track.

Our priority now must be keeping the public and our campaign team safe.

To help keep you and your loved ones healthy, the Centers for Disease Control [[link removed]] advises that you wash your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds with soap and water, avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands, avoid contact with those who are sick, and stay home yourself if you feel sick or have been advised to do so by a doctor. If you have questions or think you may be sick, you should contact a doctor, contact the Maine Department of Health and Human Services [[link removed]] , or Dial 211.

Our campaign will continue as planned, but there may be some changes over the next few weeks in terms of events. Please keep an eye out for our emails and on our social media sites for specific updates.

We'll be working hard to engage supporters electronically. We understand that some of you may not want to come to the office to volunteer. You can still pitch in by volunteering (you can remotely!) We’re determined to continue building a strong campaign, and fight for better representation in Washington, but we know we have to do everything necessary to protect the public — and our amazing team — along the way.
