State Chair's Corner
Dear Members and Supporters,
As we enter the festive Christmas season, it's a time of reflection and gratitude. Our first 90 days since the September 9th election, has been marked by significant accomplishments and steadfast growth, a testament to our collective effort and dedication.
Currently and looking ahead, we're excited to remind you of our presidential candidates:
Donald J. Trump
Nikki Haley
Ron DeSantis
Chris Christie
Ryan L Binkley
Doug Burgum
Vivek Ramaswamy
David Stuckenberg
This lineup signifies the strength and diversity of our party as we move towards a crucial election year. Each campaign is looking for supporters. Even though Doug Burgum has suspended his candidacy, his name will still be on the ballot.
The upcoming election presents a unique opportunity for us to unite at the grassroots level. Our focus is on implementing the "Bank the Vote" initiative and promoting in-person voting. We encourage each one of you to engage actively with your district chairs and consider taking on leadership roles, such as becoming a precinct president, and joining election integrity teams and efforts.
There is power in community voices. Urge those you trust, who represent the people's voice, to step forward and run for office. The party is committed to supporting these efforts through weekly training sessions available for all. Please visit our website for more details and to participate in these sessions. We are pleased to report significant progress in our financial health. Our headquarters is now free of liens, and all overdue taxes have been addressed. This achievement is a direct result of the hard work and dedication of our executive team and active members, who have diligently worked to face past challenges.
Your ongoing support through contributions, event participation, and advocacy is crucial. It empowers us to build a stronger foundation for the 2024 race and beyond.
We proudly announce the completion of the first round of the RNC's GROW program, earning us a $5,000 reward. Our team is now diligently working towards completing the second level. We also plan to conduct a comprehensive financial review and audit to ensure transparency and accountability.
Mark your calendars for our next State Convention, scheduled for May 4th and 5th, 2024, in Mililani at Oahu. We aim to make this event accessible to all by keeping costs low. Stay tuned for more details on our website.
If you seek change and are concerned about the current state of affairs, now is the time to get involved. Your participation and voice are vital to shaping the future we envision.
Mahalo for your support and commitment to our party's values and goals.

Aloha Hawaii Republicans,
Eight Republican Presidential candidates are looking for leadership in Hawaii. Should they be looking at you?
The campaigns will be naming delegates to the Republican National Convention. Would you like to be one of the delegates?
The Trump campaign and the DeSantis campaign have selected their Hawaii Leadership Committees as provided under Hawaii Republican Party Rule 215-A.
If you would like to be part of the Hawaii Leadership Committee for one the remaining six candidates, please email Hawaii Republican Presidential Caucus Chair Andrew Walden at
[email protected] (mailto:
[email protected]) .
The outcome of the Hawaii Republican Presidential Caucus, Tuesday March 12, 2024, 6pm to 8pm, will directly determine proportional delegate allocation among the competing candidates. Hawaii’s 19 delegates and 16 alternates will be representing your caucus vote at the Republican National Convention July 15-18, 2024, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
December 1, 2023 was the deadline for Presidential candidates to register for the Hawai’i Republican Presidential Caucus. The eight candidates on the Hawai’i ballot are:
* Donald J Trump
* Ron DeSantis
* Nikki Haley
* Vivek Ramaswamy
* Ryan L Binkley
* Doug Burgum
* Chris Christie
* David Stuckenberg

The six other candidates are in the process of selecting their Hawaii Leadership Committee. Each campaign’s Hawaii Leadership Committee will be responsible for selecting any delegates to the Republican Presidential Convention apportioned as a result of the March 12 vote. The Hawaii Republican Presidential caucus is proportional, meaning several candidates could be awarded delegates, depending on the vote totals.
