Dear Friend,
In light of the recommendations by CDC and the State of New Jersey to avoid mass gatherings to reduce the spread of COVID-19, I regret that we will be postponing our annual St. Patrick’s Day celebration originally scheduled for this Monday, March 16th at the Brownstone. We will reschedule as soon as officials tell us large public gatherings are not a risk to public health. For your own personal health, I would encourage you to follow guidance on social distancing and other recommendations here.
During this challenging time, I was looking forward to the music, dancing, corned beef and cabbage, and most especially seeing our friends together as we kick off our re-election campaign. We need to win this race to continue fighting for our shared values and leading efforts to hold this administration accountable. There is also no more vocal critic in Congress of the administration’s ongoing botched response to this pandemic. We can and must do better.
Even though we cannot celebrate together next week, I deeply value your friendship and support. Only together will we win in June and November. Thank you for your commitment and I will be in touch soon with new event details.
In the fight,
Congressman Bill Pascrell, Jr.
