10 YEARS What an inspiring and powerful night to mark our 10-year anniversary and honor the Rising Star awardees. Over 300 civic leaders joined us to celebrate a decade of impact.

Gen Z Congressman Maxwell Frost shared personal remarks on the promise of generational change and collaborative leadership. He received the inaugural Generational Changemaker Award.

Billboard Music Award-winning artist Adam Met of the band AJR spoke about how his environmental nonprofit is working with Future Caucus’ Innovation Lab.

We presented the 2023 Rising Star Awards to young lawmakers who demonstrate an exemplary commitment to building bridges and effective policymaking: Rep. Dr. Jasmine Clark of Georgia and Rep. Michael Smith of Delaware. The Cherisse Eatmon Collective Impact Award was given to the Vermont Future Caucus, accepted by Rep. Casey Toof (R) and Rep. Mary-Katherine Stone (D).

We kicked off our 10-year anniversary in November by rebranding from Millennial Action Project to Future Caucus because our mission is bigger than one generation. We are incredibly grateful for our sponsors, partners, and lawmakers who made our first decade a success.
