John, this is Republican Congressman Andy Barr.


It’s no secret that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is aiming to undermine the United States and become the world’s foremost economic, military, and technological superpower.


What is a surprise, however, is the ongoing compliance of the Biden Administration with Xi Jinping’s repeated offenses toward the United States and the world abroad.

As a member of the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party , my colleagues and I have been charged with the task of getting to the bottom of the CCP’s agenda, and exposing it to the American public. Once we do this, it will be time to create solutions within our government and take action against our biggest foreign threat.


I believe in American freedom and all the promises a capitalist market within a free society has to offer. And unlike the current Biden administration, I take any threat to the American Dream very seriously.

Here are just a few of the CCP’s recent offenses toward America and the international community as a whole, and why it is so important for everyone to open their eyes to the imminent threat of the CCP.

So far, they have:
- Violated international treaties.
- Committed human rights violations toward their own people.
- Oppressed ethnic minorities, imprisoning millions and killing many thousands.
- Provoked international war in their invasion of land, airspace, and technological domains.
- Stolen trillions of dollars worth of intellectual property.
- Caused a global Coronavirus pandemic by corrupting the WHO, spreading disinformation, and covering up the Wuhan leak that led to the death of millions and devastated the world economy.John, it couldn’t be more clear that the stakes of this battle are high, and that whoever emerges victorious from this new Cold War will determine the direction of the world’s future.


We the People have a choice to make today: to stand in solidarity to ensure that the 21st century is led by the United States and run by a rules-based international order OR cave into the pressures of the Chinese Communist Party and sacrifice all hope for a free future.


I’m working every day in Congress to combat the perils of our adversaries within the CCP, and I need your support in this battle.
