Dear Challenge Success Community,
As we come to the end of 2023, we are filled with gratitude for our Challenge Success community and the critical changes being made in school systems to promote well-being, engagement, and belonging for all students. We recently gathered in-person as a staff to reflect on the past 20 years of our work and where we are headed; overwhelmingly, our team was full of energy for the year ahead, fueled by our partner schools, the students we support, and the families who have joined us in this movement. We shared stories of how our SPACE Framework for School Change has been used over the years to have positive impacts on students across the country, and we engaged in deep discussions about the future of learning, A.I., and belonging.
At the same time, our hearts are heavy with the challenges that face children around the world. Far too many young people are struggling on many different levels, yet we remain hopeful for a future that offers them safety, peace, and the opportunity to thrive.
