BREAKING: The Supreme Court just announced it will decide whether the
abortion pill will remain legal.

This could "cut off access to the drug [Mifepristone] through the mail and
impose other restrictions, even in states where abortion remains
legal," reports the AP.

Millions of women and families would be impacted.

John, this new threat is a stark reminder that we cannot afford
to take any more hits on the Supreme Court. We MUST protect the Democratic
majority in the U.S. Senate in 2024.

"The map is not in Democrats’ favor. There’s almost no chance they hold
West Virginia now. That means Sens. Jon Tester (D-Mont.) and Sherrod Brown
(D-Ohio) will have to hold the line in difficult territory."

These are 5 top Senate races:

Ruben Gallego (Arizona) must defeat extremist Kari Lake to win this seat
for Democrats.

Tammy Baldwin (Wisconsin), Sherrod Brown (Ohio), and Jon Tester (Montana)
ALL must win re-election in states that now range from purple to red.

And Lucas Kunce (Missouri) is our best shot to EXPAND our Senate map --
winning back a seat from Josh Hawley that Democrats had just 6 years ago.
