Hey John – I'll cut to the chase: Arizona’s 1st Congressional District is a must-win for Democrats to take back the House in 2024. I’m stunned when I think about how much is at stake.
I’ve known Andrei Cherny for 25 years, and let me tell you, he’s fired up to do his part to flip AZ-01 blue and deliver results for his constituents and our country.
Andrei is facing his final FEC deadline of 2023 in 18 days, and he’s still $53,812 short of his goal. Can you chip in before the looming FEC deadline and do your part before midnight?
I’ve known Andrei for a long time. I know his integrity, his work ethic, and his heart. He will be an outstanding representative for the people of Arizona and fight day and night in Congress for the issues that Democrats care about the most.
His opponent, David Schweikert, is a right-winger who tried to overturn the election on January 6th, champions an abortion ban with no exceptions, and has no regard for ethics rules and campaign finance laws.
Right now, only a handful of seats separate Democrats from the Majority. And Schweikert is one of just 18 Republicans in a seat that Joe Biden also won.
Look, it’s clear this seat is winnable. But Andrei needs our help, and he needs it right now to stay on track to reach his make-or-break end-of-quarter goal. After this FEC period closes, reporters, pundits, Schweikert, and his GOP dark money allies will all be able to see how much Andrei raised (and from how many committed supporters).
