The pedestrian killed in the motor vehicle accident on State Highway 3 and Finn Hill Road in Poulsbo on December 9, 2023 has been identified as:
Robert P. Rathvon, a 35-year-old male with a Camano Island address.
An autopsy was performed by Kitsap County?s Chief Medical Examiner, Dr. Lindsey Harle. Cause of death is blunt force trauma. Manner is accident.
