Dear Friend of CURE Epilepsy,
Epilepsy threatened to take away the world I loved most. I fell in love with horseback riding as a child—a passion that continues to this day, riding in competitions with my beloved horse, Perla, even as I work to manage my epilepsy. Despite the hurdles I faced, I fought back, pushing through the fatigue, nausea, headaches, and the side effects of medications.
Each competition year, the unwavering support of family and friends plays a crucial role in my journey. Together, we rally to raise funds for CURE Epilepsy. Riding, for me, is not just a competition but a symbol of resilience and determination. This collective effort has raised nearly $50,000 for epilepsy research.
As a supporter of CURE Epilepsy, you understand the unwavering spirit within our community. I know firsthand how meaningful a gift can be for someone facing epilepsy. When you give to CURE Epilepsy, you light a beacon of hope for me, and the 150,000 epilepsy warriors diagnosed each year.
