John, I went down to the southern border last week in San Diego with my team to learn firsthand about the border crisis on the front lines.

We met with Border Patrol. We toured the wall. We watched as over a dozen migrants illegally entered the U.S. in a matter of minutes.

The conclusion: this border crisis is far worse than I imagined. Any candidate who isn't talking about this issue simply isn't serious.

We put together a video documenting what we saw and what we learned. I want to share it with you because the situation is far more serious than the media makes it seem.

I hope you have a few minutes to watch it.

Now I have to ask ... if you liked the video, can you donate just $25 TODAY to help us make sure as many voters as possible see this ad?

Our visit to the border was eye-opening. We toured a 50-yard gap in the border wall where anyone can easily walk through.

In fact, we watched over a dozen people do it in just the few minutes we were there.

We need to finish the wall and invest in border security. But the hard reality is that the border crisis is being caused by smugglers and cartels taking advantage of our country’s broken asylum laws.

This crisis won’t end until we overhaul those laws.

Congress needs to act immediately to tighten our asylum laws in three ways:

  • Prohibit migrants claiming asylum unless they do so through a port of entry.
  • Tighten screening to ensure illegitimate claims don’t get through.
  • Improve the courts to decrease asylum claimants wait times to days, not years

Until we change our laws, the border will always be overwhelmed with people trying to get in.

These are the kind of common-sense, America First policies I plan to vocally fight for in Congress. Our leaders have gotten us into this mess.

If they aren't willing to change the laws, then it's time to change our leaders.

If you agree with me, please chip in whatever you can contribute TODAY to help us win this election. Our problems are solvable if we elect leaders with the resolve to solve them.
