This past weekend, Latino Victory Project hosted its last Path to Victory
training of the year in Arizona, training nearly 100 candidates in 2023.
The Path to Victory training program prepares candidates and potential
candidates to run for office. Here, they learn about setting up campaign
operations, recruiting and managing staff and volunteers, fundraising,
communications, compliance and ethics, and other key elements for running
a successful campaign. Our goal is to double the number of candidates we
