Senator Mamie Locke (SD 23 and Senate Caucus Chair) will help shine a light on the fight for our rights in Virginia. She’ll talk about the first bills the Democrats have put forth for this upcoming legislative session, especially the constitution amendments on 1) reproductive freedom and 2) restoring voting rights to felons who have served their time.
Cody Conner (Activist Dad and TikTok Influencer) will talk about being compelled to speak out in support of his trans daughter at school board meetings and the importance of finding your voice and sharing your convictions online even if you are a reluctant TikToker.
Federico Cura (Northern Virginia activist) will speak about the role of moral sensibilities in messaging. He will discuss the need for “moral messaging” to engage voters.
