How can you keep you and your family healthy this season?
❌ There is no such thing as cold and flu season. There is a decrease sunlight (Vitamin D), increased sugar and stress and decreased nutrient season.
1️⃣ Get outside in sunshine first thing in the morning! If it’s cold, bundle up and get outside anyway! You will boost your immune system and your mindset.
2️⃣ Practice gratitude daily. Write down the things you are grateful for and start your day focusing on these.
3️⃣ Increase your nutrients. My favorite immune boosting products are elderberry syrup, fire cider, Standard Process supplements, and bone broth.
4️⃣ Decrease your body burden by getting rid of toxins in your home. This includes personal care products, home cleaning products, and candles.
