Our 2023 Annual Report is here
This past year, great challenges called for bold and dedicated action. And in many cases–both here at Headwaters and in our community of grantees–we saw action lead to wins worth celebrating.
Renew your commitment to justice
In Headwaters’ 40-year history, we have been unwavering in our mission to amplify the power of community to advance equity and justice. We are the only regional community foundation with an explicit and unapologetic commitment to justice, and your continued engagement powers our programming.
We invite you to renew your financial commitment to Headwaters and, in turn, to the movement organizations across our state who receive our grants.
Thank you for your ongoing support. Together we’re transforming philanthropy by fueling grassroots organizations on the frontlines.
Welcoming our newest colleague
Last month, we welcoming Robyn Browning to the team as Headwaters’ Grant Manager!
Robyn tends to all of the internal processes needed to get grants out the door and to our grantee partners. Her time is spent managing our grantmaking database and working with grantee partners on any technical questions or needs they may have. She is passionate about equitable grantmaking that is rooted in trust-based philanthropy.
We're excited to welcome Robyn to the Headwaters community!
