But of course, my unflinching record on progress goes back much further than 2019 – though my opponent Katie Porter cannot say the same. 

John, I'm the only candidate in this race – and the only member of Congress – to vote against Bush’s war in Afghanistan in 2001.

I'm the only candidate who has proven they will always stand with workers by joining more picket lines than all of my opponents combined.

And I'm the only candidate in this race who has called for a ceasefire to protect Palestinian and Israeli civilians. 

John, my values aren't poll-tested. When I see a moral crisis I don't wait to see how each response will perform in polls – I jump into action. And that's exactly what you'll get if you help send me to the Senate. 

But I'm up against Adam Schiff and Katie Porter, who are sitting on millions of dollars. I urgently need more resources to stay competitive, so I have to ask: Can I count on you to chip in $5 or more to my campaign now to help send a true progressive fighter to the Senate?
