I'm disappointed, friend — but I'm hardly surprised.

My GOP opponent, Rick Scott, made his fortune as the CEO of a hospital chain charged with one of the biggest Medicare fraud schemes in history. Since then, he’s been one of the strongest opponents of Obamacare — even as millions of Floridians rely on it.

And according to a breaking report from Politico, he just doubled down on ending the Affordable Care Act — proving he couldn't care less about the 3.2 million Floridians who rely on it for lifesaving health insurance.

I'm in this race because Florida deserves better, but I won't overcome his bottomless fortune without your help. Can I count on you to pitch in $5 or more right now to help me defeat my corrupt opponent, win in Florida, and defend affordable health care for all?

Here's why I'm really fired up, friend: Florida currently leads the nation in ACA enrollments. But if Rick Scott has it his way, millions of Floridians could lose health care overnight.

So between his promises to strip coverage for Floridians with preexisting conditions and a long-standing record of plotting to end Medicare and Social Security, Scott shows us time and time again that he will do anything — no matter how badly it hurts Floridians — if it means pushing his self-serving agenda.

If we win this race, we can achieve three crucial goals at once: retiring Rick Scott, holding our Senate majority, and defending health coverage for everyone who needs it.

But the ONLY way that happens is with grassroots supporters like you by my side, so please, friend: Will you rush $5, $25, or anything right away to ensure Floridians have the real, committed, and compassionate representation they deserve in the Senate?
