In October, Katie filed an amicus brief urging the judges to recognize that safe, legal abortion access is crucial to our state’s public safety and well-being.

She’s also pledged her full support to enshrine the right to an abortion in our state constitution, and recently added her name to the petition to get abortion on the ballot next year.
