Friend, the holiday season is here — and with it comes the busiest time of year for our first responders.
However, because some EMS providers in Allegheny County have mutual aid agreements with other counties, our district’s EMTs and paramedics are now having to cover larger, out-of-district areas while facing dwindling personnel numbers.
It’s not an ideal position for us to be in any time of the year, but it’s especially bad during a time when first responders are already bracing for a higher volume of emergency service requests.
Friend, there’s a clear and necessary path to bolster EMS funding through our Senate budget, and that’s exactly what Lindsey is fighting to accomplish. Please make a contribution of any amount so we can fight to fund our EMS providers and protect health care access for Pennsylvanians »

Emergency medical events don’t care about district maps. If this lack of funding continues to go unaddressed, Pennsylvanians across the state will be faced with limited access to help should they need critical medical attention.
Help Lindsey bring this issue to the top of the Senate so we can ensure every district has access to the emergency medical services they need.
