We just secured a major victory for democracy in New York. I'm thrilled to share that New York’s highest court has UPHELD a lower court decision, finding that the map-drawing process -- as laid out in the New York constitution -- was not properly followed.

A new congressional map will be drawn by an independent commission, meaning that Republicans' partisan gerrymandered map will NOT be used in 2024!

We’re closer than we’ve ever been to defeating the GOP’s grip on power -- but we must act quickly to capitalize on this massive swing in democracy’s favor.
