real Ukraine scandal – Deep State efforts to sweep under the rug the
corrupt Hunter Biden-Burisma Holdings relationship and then-Vice President
Joe Biden’s use of American aid dollars as a weapon to coerce the
removal of top Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin who was investigating
Burisma Holdings.
We have already filed 4 lawsuits against the Justice
and State Departments seeking records relating to:
- Burisma Holdings and the concerns raised by senior Obama administration
officials about Hunter Biden’s business with this knowingly corrupt
energy company, which was paying Hunter $1 million a year in a
clear effort to influence U.S. policy while his father was then-President
Obama’s designated “point man” in Ukraine,
and;
- Then-Vice President Biden’s threat to withhold hundreds of
millions of dollars in congressionally appropriated aid and loan guarantees
for Ukraine that preceded the firing of Viktor Shokin, Ukraine’s top
prosecutor.
Additionally, we have seven Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA) requests outstanding with U.S. government
agencies, including the American Embassy in Ukraine as part of our efforts
to investigate U.S. official corruption in Ukraine.
I anticipate we will be filing more Biden-Burisma lawsuits in
the weeks ahead since Deep State operatives in the Trump
administration are stonewalling our FOIA requests. And there are more
issues to investigate.
