At The Fairness Project, we believe that ALL Americans should have access to affordable health care.

That’s why since our founding, we’ve supported ballot measures in seven states to expand Medicaid coverage. Because of our work, we’ve already won campaigns to expand Medicaid in red and purple states, ensuring coverage for over 875,000 people in need. And we're just getting started. In its purest form, our mission is to level the playing field in every community in this country, and that includes fair health care access. When voters are empowered to show up at the ballot box and make their voices heard, progressive policies win nearly every single time. That’s why we continue to encourage voters to participate in direct democracy when their legislators fail to get past partisan gridlock.
