*Frankfort, Ky. (Dec. 12, 2023)* ? Today, Gov. Andy Beshear was sworn in for a second term as Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The public swearing-in was held on the Capitol steps, and the Governor was joined by First Lady Britainy Beshear, their children, Will and Lila, family, friends, health care workers, educators and guests to deliver his inaugural address to the people of Kentucky.
