John,

These could be the two biggest Supreme Court cases in years.

Special Counsel Jack Smith just asked the Supreme Court to review a major constitutional question involving the prosecution of President Trump, and the Justices have ordered President Trump to respond next week.

If the Supreme Court takes the case, it could be the most consequential presidential case in history, and your ACLJ will be filing briefs at the high Court.

At the same time, the Colorado Supreme Court could rule at any moment in our case involving the Left's attempt to ban President Trump from the ballot. This case WILL head directly to the Supreme Court. We're also filing in another 14th Amendment ballot ban case TODAY.

This sets up massive Supreme Court battles right at the end of the year.

Your right to vote is at stake. The Constitution is at stake.

These attacks on President Trump at the Supreme Court are the gravest threats to the Constitution we've seen.

I've argued numerous cases at the Supreme Court on constitutional protections for the office of the President, and I've argued key election integrity cases. We can win.

But this month, as we drastically expand our efforts, we urgently need your support today. I'm going to be blunt. We're behind our goal. But today, your Tax-Deductible gift will be DOUBLED through our Faith & Freedom Year-End Drive.

Have Your Gift DOUBLED at the Supreme Court.

Today, as we file in court to defend the Constitution and your right to vote, take urgent action with us.
