Update From President Trump- Friday, March 13, 2020

The President made the announcement at 3 p.m. Friday in the Rose Garden.

Concerns about the virus have prompted massive closures across the country
and a stock market rout, even though Trump has been ahead of the curve on
preparing for the virus in most regards.

Trump and his administration banned flights from Europe earlier this week
for the next 30 days.

The order opens up access to $50 billion for states to combat coronavirus.
