We've been alerting you to the fact that President Biden and Senate Democrats are trying to force pro-life members of the House to either vote for taxpayer-funded abortion or vote against the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), an annual military funding bill that's considered "must-pass." Congress is expected to vote on the NDAA THIS WEEK.

Contact your elected officials now and ask them to oppose the NDAA unless it protects taxpayers from having to subsidize abortions!

You'll remember that following the overturning of Roe v. Wade in 2022, the Biden administration issued a policy that unilaterally funds travel for abortions for servicemembers and their dependents. This both violates the law and injects the abortion agenda into national defense policy.

In July, the House passed its version of the NDAA with the Jackson-Roy Amendment, language rolling back the Pentagon's unlawful abortion policy. However, the Senate passed its own version, without the language, and is now insisting that the House accept the bill without it.

Contact your elected officials today and urge them to insist that the Jackson-Roy Amendment be retained in the final NDAA to prevent unlawful taxpayer funding of abortion!
