John,
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your continued support of my campaign for Congress.
In between the holidays, I’ve been out and about in communities throughout our district, getting to know folks more personally. And it’s clear that people are tired of MAGA extremism – extremism in general – and John James’s enabling of his party’s worst.
They are ready for change.
We can see it in our conversations with new faces on a daily basis, we can see it in the number of people reaching out to help us with donations and volunteering efforts, and we certainly can see it with every new report of headaches in Washington.
I will continue hitting the ground to deliver the change we deserve, and I hope I get the chance to see you too, but until then, here are a few highlights from the campaign trail.
Our campaign hosted a volunteer rally to thank them for their tireless support throughout this year, and we had a chance to welcome our new volunteer coordinator Ariane! We're all ready and fired up to flip this district and make John James a one-term representative!
I spoke at an emergency rally in support of Ukraine. With our sizable Ukrainian population in the district, I know the toll this war has taken on our community. We need Congress to stop playing politics and start doing their job. We need to stand strong together and continue to support Ukraine in their fight against Russian aggression.
I had the honor of attending Executive Mark Hackel’s State of the County address. The Macomb County government has done a fantastic job and I know they’ll continue to do so, which is why it’s critical that we have partners at the federal level that are committed to Macomb's continued success.
Work hard to play hard! I had a blast mixing it up with some of the hardest workers in our Sheet Metal Workers Local 80 holiday party and got to see some pretty snazzy wardrobes. Workers are the backbone of our district and I will always put their needs first.
And I got to host the community to watch the Big Game, Army-Navy, with veterans and their families. I even wore my father’s World War II Navy Hat!
I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone who has joined our movement, and with 2024 right around the corner we’re just getting started.
We need to keep the momentum going through the end of the year, and I’m relying on grassroots donors like yourself to keep this campaign going strong.
If you can, please make a grassroots contribution to fuel our people-powered campaign and make John James a one-term Congressman.

All my best,
