** PAX Unplugged Reportback
------------------------------------------------------------

Last week, we got a change to hang out at the PAX Unplugged gaming convention in Philadelphia, and it was a blast for our crew. It was awesome running into people who are genuinely into our games – that kind of support is like a shot of energy for us when we spend so much time behind a computer! We also had a good time chatting with newbies checking out our stuff for the first time. Being at these things in person always gives us a boost. Because it's not just about showcasing our games; it's about connecting with and growing our community. The whole experience left us buzzing and reminded us why we love what we do.

It also gave us some good inspiration and direction for our upcoming games. 2023 was largely a rough year for the creative process (gestures vaguely at the world), but going to PAX and getting to speak to so many people in person… well, it just made something about our vision click. Stay tuned, as we’ll have more updates soon about the games we’ve got cooking.

Exciting sneak peak news: Also, if you’ve made it down this far, we’ve got some sneak peak news for you. Next year, we will be running a Kickstarter for the second edition of Good Dog, Bad Zombie ([link removed]) . It will include upgraded components, new playable dogs, new art, a new expansion, and the chance to play the game as your own dog! We will also be benefiting an as of yet unannounced organization through the campaign for the game. If you want to get an announcement about when the campaign goes live, sign up here!
