I wanted to pass along my latest update on what I have been doing to fight for you, Texas’ 21st Congressional district, and our country as a whole:
House and Senate leadership are teaming up to wreck our military
This week, House and Senate leadership are teaming up to wreck our military. Congress is set to vote on a defense bill – the National Defense Authorization Act – that would continue to fund Biden’s abortion tourism fund, transgender surgeries, race-based admissions to military academies, drag shows on military bases, climate “justice programs”, and more.

Republicans in the House did our job and passed a strong defense bill that would put an end to Biden’s radical agenda trying to turn our military into a science experiment wrapped in a uniform. It’s time to deliver real results and restore our military’s focus to defend our country. Half measures will get us nowhere.

DEFUND the United Nations
This year, the United Nations' corruption, and its despicable, brazen political agenda have been on full display. From UNRWA actively protecting Hamas and acting against our ally Israel, to China being elected to the “Human Rights Council," to the propagation of climate hysteria, and covering for China's forced abortion and sterilization programs, the United Nation's decades-old, internal rot once again raises the questions of why the United States is even still a member or why we're wasting billions every year on it.

The UN doesn’t deserve one single dime of American taxpayer money or one bit of our support; we should defund it and leave immediately. That’s why myself, Rep. Mike Rogers, and Sen. Mike Lee are leading the efforts to withdraw from the United Nations.
No more Ukraine funding until we secure the border
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is set to meet with the Senate this week to ask for more aid from the U.S. But House Conservatives have made their position clear: don’t even breathe the word “Ukraine” in Congress until we pass policies to secure our own border.

No more letting illegal migrants and cartels flood our communities – Republicans are going to keep fighting to protect our communities and the American people.

Remembering Pearl Harbor
Team Roy had a great time attending the Pearl Harbor Day Commemoration at the National Museum of The Pacific War in Fredericksburg this past week. Let us all never forget December 7th, a day that will leave in infamy.
