We have some fascinating news. After an intentional and thorough process,
we proudly share that Shelbie Swartz has been named the new Executive
Director for Battle Born Progress and Institute for a Progressive Nevada!

Shelbie brings tremendous experience from her extensive communications
background across Nevada, her work as a gifted development and fundraising
specialist, and her time as the Interim Executive Director. Battle Born
Progress and Institute for a Progressive Nevada are in good hands with
Shelbie as our next ED.

As we head into December, please make sure that you reserve your space at
the [ [link removed] ]10th Annual Progressive Summit, which will be held on Saturday,
January 20th and Sunday, January 21st, 2024. Space is limited, [ [link removed] ]so make
sure you lock your slot in today.

We are prepared to head into 2024 strong. After a historic year of rapid
growth, Battle Born Progress is counting on all our allies to continue our
work and make a meaningful impact on the Silver State.
