A federal judge just scheduled the hearing on the new Georgia Congressional maps to begin on December 20th – only nine days from today. If the judge doesn’t overturn the maps as they stand, they’ll be set in stone for the 2024 election and beyond.

These maps are a direct attempt to remove me from Congress through partisan gerrymandering. Regardless of the outcome, I need to be prepared to fight my way back to Washington DC.

My team tells me that I need to raise another $25k in the next nine days to make sure I have the resources to win re-election no matter the circumstances. Will you help me hit my goal by donating before 12/20?

I’ll be blunt with you, John: every politician knows it takes money to win contested elections. I’ll need to fund advertisements, buy mailers, and pay my staff if I’m going to return to Congress in 2024. And in this moment of uncertainty, I can’t afford to wait.

I also know that Republicans and gun lobbies will be flooding this election with outside money now that they have an opportunity to defeat me. This makes it all the more important that my grassroots supporters stand with me right now.
