SAVE THE DATE - ECLIPSE MEETING: Harker Heights and the surrounding areas will experience a total eclipse on Monday, April 8, 2024. What a wonderful opportunity for community involvement, education, and even monetary gain. The City of Harker Heights and the Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce will offer two Town Hall Meetings on Monday, January 22, 2024, from 8:30 ? 9:30 am and from 6:00 ? 7:00 pm at the Harker Heights Library and Activities Center (400 Indian Trail, Harker Heights.) Come to learn more about the total eclipse, the planned events leading up to the big day, the expected increase in traffic and tourism, and opportunities to capitalize on this event. These meetings will give individuals, businesses, service organizations, clubs, and others ideas for fundraising, increased sales, and safety for the experience. ________________________________________________________________________
