FEC deadlines are real. This isn’t some BS, made-up fundraising goal. After this deadline, we’ll have to report exactly how much we raised and from how many people – and that report will get released to the public.

Pundits, reporters, Kelly Cooper, and his GOP allies will all judge the strength of our campaign based on what we report. If we don’t raise enough, they could smell blood in the water and begin pouring money into the district to flip it red.

My race was a top target for Republicans last year, and with right-wing groups setting their sights on Arizona in 2024, I’m sure to be in the crosshairs again. That’s why my team reached out last week to let you know we’ve set a goal to raise $30,000 before the end of the month. If you’re with me in this fight to stop Kelly Cooper and MAGA Republicans, keep Arizona blue, and defend democracy, I’m counting on you to step up and chip in.
