John, the end of 2023 is fast approaching! Whether you’ll be celebrating or not, we hope you’re starting to wind down for some well-deserved rest before the new year arrives.

If festivities are on your agenda but concerns about managing your diabetes are making you feel stressed, we’re here for you. Whether you live with diabetes or will be celebrating with someone who does, changes to your usual diet and routine can be a source of anxiety.  Don’t worry, we’ve put together all the advice you need for this time of year.
