With COVID-19 top of mind for many, we wanted to share some of the measures our team is taking to help minimize and contain the spread of the virus. We hope you can implement these recommendations in your own lives to help protect yourselves, your families, and your communities.

General Guidance - Stay healthy:

-Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
-Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
-Stay home when you are sick.
-Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
-Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
-And as always get enough sleep, stay hydrated, eat healthy, and manage stress.

The CDC recommends the highest priority actions to take:

-Make sure you and your family members have supplies on hand, including required medications for chronic conditions (one month or more).
-Stock up on groceries to be able to stay home for long periods (two weeks or more).
-Avoid crowds.
-Avoid physical contact at meetings.
-Maintain personal hygiene.
-All at-risk individuals should avoid nonessential travel and cruise ships.
-Stay up to date on the situation in your communities.
-Stay home when you are sick.

We understand that many Americans are feeling uneasy and uncertain about the future. But if you stay informed and take the appropriate steps now, you can do your part to protect all of us from COVID-19.

As for our representatives in Washington, we must urge them to put partisan politics aside and work together to pass a comprehensive relief package to assist impacted communities across the country.

This is a time for unity, communication, and action.
