HALEY’S NEWS INTERVIEW: “I crush Joe Biden by 10 to 13 points in every poll.”
Following another commanding debate performance, Nikki Haley appeared on Fox and Friends and Varney & Co. to recap the night and share her vision for a strong and proud America. No one will outwork her!
Haley On Fox and Friends:
“My focus is we have a country to save. We've got an economy where inflation is high. Every one of these students are wondering how they're going to be able to afford a home. They want to know how they're going to pay off their student loans. They want to know how they're going to continue to get a job. Those are things we have to be focused on. We're worried about crime in our streets or fentanyl crossing the border or a border that's out of control. There are a lot of issues and that's why we're surging in Iowa, New Hampshire, and South Carolina. It's because we're talking about the issues that matter to normal people, not to people who are trying to do things for other reasons. And that's the focus that I've got and that's the
focus we'll keep.”
Haley On Varney: “You clearly had a target on your back last night.”
“When you start getting attacked, that means you're surging, and we know that. We see it in the polls in Iowa, New Hampshire, and South Carolina. People relate to the fact that we need an accountant in the White House. They relate to the fact that the economy is out of control, there's lawlessness on the border, that we need to get our kids reading again, and that we've got wars around the world, and they want to stop the chaos and they want some stability. And that's what we want to bring, we want to make sure that we get a new generational leader that's going to get America back on track, and I think the people see that, and certainly my opponents saw that last night.”
Last week, our campaign launched our first ad across the airwaves in Iowa and New Hampshire.
This week, our campaign launched our SECOND ad to air in Iowa where the first votes will take place in just 37 DAYS.
The new ad, “American Strength,” features Nikki talking about her husband’s first deployment to Afghanistan and the difficulty he had transitioning to regular life when he returned. Michael Haley is currently on his second deployment with the U.S. Army in Africa. As a military spouse, Haley offers a unique perspective on why American strength matters—because a strong America doesn’t start wars; it prevents them.
With just 37 days until the first-in-the-nation Iowa caucuses take place, Nikki is pounding the pavement week after week and gaining the confidence of every voter in the state.
As a matter of fact, she is in the Hawkeye State RIGHT NOW, for her first swing post-debate.
Nikki is on the rise in New Hampshire! Watch the recap video to see more from her latest New Hampshire swing, and learn more about how the endorsement from AFP is strengthening our movement across the state.
Next week, Nikki will be back on the campaign trail in New Hampshire to host events, meet with voters, and gain ground in the state ahead of the first-in-the-nation primary on January 23!
My name is Nikki Haley. I want to tell you a bit about myself and why I’m running for President of the United States.
I’m running for President because my parents came to America more than 50 years ago – an America that was strong and proud, and full of opportunities. I want them to know that America again.
I’m running for President as a military spouse. My husband is deployed and I want him and his military brothers and sisters to know their sacrifice means something – that we do love this country.
I’m running for President for the future of our kids. I have a daughter who just got married and I saw how hard it was for her and her husband to buy a home. I’m doing this for my son who’s a senior in college and shouldn’t have to worry about saying things on a paper that he doesn’t believe in just to get an A.
I’m running for my daughter, my son, and our future generations. I want them to experience the freedom and opportunity that the American Dream has to offer.
I’m running for President because we have a country to save!
I’ve seen that even on our worst days, we are blessed to live in America. But I also know that under Biden’s leadership, times are tough, our future is slipping, and America can be doing so much better.
As governor, I was dubbed a “jobs governor” because I slashed our unemployment rate, brought jobs back to our state, and shepherded in a successful economic recovery.
At the UN I fought for America, made sure our allies knew we had their backs, and stood up to murderers and dictators to let them know that America was taking names.
I know how to make America strong and proud because I’ve done it before. And I’ll do it as your next President.
As President, I’ll revitalize our economy, support small businesses, stop Washington’s spending sprees, protect our border, champion school choice, and save America’s future.
