World AIDS Day
GLAAD marked World AIDS Day on Friday, December 1st, by launching a new World AIDS Day and HIV Global Resource Hub. This hub provides resources and guidelines to journalists, creators, and the general public, for cultivating fair and accurate reporting and sharing experiences related to HIV treatment and care, and living with undetectable HIV. These resources are critical to stopping the spread of misinformation and ending the stigma around HIV.

GLAAD expands it work to reduce hate-fueled violence
Recently, GLAAD joined 51 national organizations representing diverse communities, political perspectives, and sectors all uniting to launch a new collaborative partnership to mitigate hate-fueled violence across the United States. GLAAD is a founding partner of the National Leadership Council for Bedrock — a new organization to counter Hate-Fueled Violence (HFV). Bedrock’s launch comes as our nation is facing a crisis in hate-fueled violence that spans hate crimes, political violence, mass violence and terrorism, and violence targeting vulnerable populations.
