and
address
them
quickly;

Bans
most
operators
from
“flaring,”
the
process
of
burning
off
gas
at
oil
wells;

This proposal represents a key step in cutting planet-warming pollution in the short term and protecting frontline communities from fossil fuel pollution, but we must protect it from the fossil fools running the House who continue targeting new EPA regulations.
